Check the room name before anything else. Similar labels can sit close together, and the pace may not be the same.

Check four things first.
A calm screen check starts with the room, timer, tile and prompt. Missing one can make the moment feel confusing.
Timer pace
If the timer feels too fast, step back. A rushed tap is rarely a good sign for adult entertainment.
Colour tile
Look at the colour tile only after checking the room and timer. A colour alone should not control your choice.
App prompt
Read the prompt line slowly. If the wording is unclear, close the panel and return later.
