Set a stop point

Decide when you will stop before the screen gets busy. If you change that limit in the moment, take a break.

Avoid chase thinking

Do not keep going because a past screen felt close. Past screens do not control the next one.

Read slowly

Room name, timer, tile and prompt should all make sense together. If they do not, leave the screen.

Protect attention

Do not play when tired, angry or distracted. A game screen should never feel stronger than your own decision to stop.
